A 65-year-old lady who needs to separate her better half of about 40 years is organizing an "exceptionally strange" Valentine's Day court battle.
Tini Owens has neglected to influence a family court judge to enable her to separate spouse, Hugh Owens, 78.
Judge Robin Tolson, who hears cases in Oxford, declined to allow Mrs Owens' separation request of in a decision made a year ago. Presently she needs court of offer judges to topple that choice. Three interest judges are dissecting the case at a hearing in London.
